People always look for personality development trainings to polish the art of social and presentable skills. Although, professional trainings are taken for social satisfaction that is to satisfy ourselves socially, but what is missed so far is about self-satisfaction ...that is to understand yourself first for what you are then only you can be more understood by others for social acceptance. One of the aspects of professional training is to learn how to be more social while interacting (virtual or physical) with limited simulation.
